- The members of our teams are the heartbeat of Explosive Contractors.
- Our team members are well-trained to meet MSHA standards and even higher ECI standards. All members undergo a MSHA refresher once a year, and all members are empowered to do all that is necessary to achieve safe and high-quality outcomes.

Among our drillers, blasters, and engineers, we have some of the most knowledgeable employees in the industry. Many of our team members have 20 to 30 plus years of experience. We draw on the knowledge of our team and collaborate with our customers to create the best possible drilling and blasting solutions.
- Our philosophy is not that of boss/employee, rather team leaders and teams. It is the experience, knowledge and skills of each team member that produces good shots. Our team leaders use the coaching style of management.
- While our equipment and products are important, it is our team’s dedication to excellence that results in long term customer relationships and retention.
